She is survived by: her boyfriend Roderick Collins of Woodlawn; her children, David D. Panzier (Arista) of Mt. Vernon and Lindsay N. Klutts (Nickolas) of Dix; her grandchildren, Joseph, Johnathan, Joshua, Jasman, Jordan and Cohen; her great grandchild Ivan; her brothers, Allen Moore (Rose) of Woodlawn and Robert Moore of Mt. Vernon; her niece Phylicia Moore of Centralia; and her fur-kids, Sadie, Zoey, Oreo, Maggie, Mollie and Sophie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to her family, in care of Lindsay Klutts, or to the Jefferson County Animal Shelter, and will be accepted by mail to the Osborn Funeral Home, P.O. Box 130, Dix, Illinois 62830.
