He is survived by: his children, James McKinzie (Lee Ann) of Woodlawn, Pamela Green (Mike) of Ottawa and Nancy Verhines (Don) of Woodlawn; his grandchildren, Tanner Green (Bethany) of Warwick, Brock Green (Jamie) of O'Fallon, Jase Green (Morganne) of Ottawa, Bronson Verhines (Sarah) of Indianapolis, Dawson Verhines of Lebanon, Kinzie Harding (Gage) of Sacramento, Gena Capps (Ethan) of Woodlawn and Bria Campos (Fran) of Woodlawn; his great grandchildren, Addi Green, Hudson Green, Charlotte Green, Aubrey Green, Emmie Green, Isaiah Green, Theo Green, Scotty Green, Carson Verhines, Rhett Capps, Judson Capps, Diego Campos and Leyla Campos; his nephews, Mike Ainscough (Cathy), Steve Ainscough (Marla) and Mark Ainscough; and his niece Nancy Ellen Knight (David).
