He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses Ralph and Jewel Edra Winder; and his siblings, Phyliss Ann Winder, Robert Leroy Winder, Charles Raymond Winder and Clyde Russel Winder.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kay Winder; his children, Pamela Kay Winder and Timothy Reed Winder (Margo Jean); his grandsons, Jacob Reed Winder (Michelle), Joshua Reed Winder (Michelle) and Lucas Reed Winder (Amber); his great grandchildren, Lacey Grace and Brooklyn Kay; and his daughter Antiques. He is also survived by his brothers and their wives, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Harold's honor to the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Barnes Jewish Transplant Unit, Barnes Jewish Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
