He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie Spangler (Dan) of Woodlawn and Stacey Crutcher of Bloomington, Illinois; his grandchildren, Beth Spangler, Jamie Spangler (Kent Leneave) and Jeffrey Crutcher; his great grandchild Aabri Savage; and his brother Jimmy Duckworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
