He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Panzier and Ruth Panzier (Pittman); his spouse Shirley Panzier (Anderson); his son David Panzier; and his son-in-law Charles Kirk.

He is survived by: his children, Debbie Pas of Mount Vernon, Cynthia "Cyndi" Kirk of Woodlawn and Jeffrey Panzier (Elice) of Mount Vernon. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
