She is survived by: her husband Donald Lee Cook; her children, James Raymond Cook of Granite City, Catherine Louise Rister (Bob) of Norris City, Byford Olin Cook (Abbi) of Albion, Mark Lee Cook (Jodi) of Saint Charles, Patricia Ann Pace (Brad) of Woodlawn and Sandra Dawn Jones (Brad) of Bonnie, Illinois; her grandchildren, Pamela Penny (Jameral), Matthew Cook, Michael Cook and Timothy Prest (Kendra); her great grandchildren, Cooper, James, Ellie, Andrew Jones (Linzy) and Bryan Pace (Courtney); her sister Helen Kash (Kenneth) of Bonnie, Illinois; her niece Tammy Shelton (David) of Woodlawn, Illinois; and also, Braxten, Paisley, Hannah Cook (Jordan), Isaiah, Randy Jones (Mica), John Pace (Karin), Roman, Eden, Olivia McGrew (Owen), Will, Campbell and Elias Cook.

Memorials may be made in Barbara's honor to Kirk Cemetery.
