He was predeceased by: his father Sidney J. Roth; his grandparents, Virgil, Mary Roth, Gilbert and Olivia Amschler; his stepfather Don White; his sister Sharon Roth; his brother-in-law Larry Pray; his stepsiblings, Julie White and Phil White; his niece Amanda Harris; and his nephew Ryan Bedeker.
He is survived by: his mother JoAnn White (Amschler) of Watseka, IL; his siblings, Debbie Pray of Watseka, IL, Sandra Harris (Shane) of Watseka, IL, Donna Bedeker (Don) of St. Anne, IL and Keith Roth (Verna) of Milford, IL; his nieces and nephews, Amy Daniels (Jason), Clint Pray, Angela Wilson (Jerrad) and James Roth (Molly); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, DJ Hayes, Austin Wilson, Sawyer and Kinley Daniels.
