Rose Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd "Cotton" Pugh and Rose McElroy Pugh; and her brother Mike Pugh. She is survived by: her husband Howard Newton of Galesburg; her children, Doug Newton (Michelle) of Andalusia, Chris Newton (Denise), Barry Newton (DeeDee) of Alpha and Angie Barman (Mark) of Woodhull; her grandchildren, Ben Newton of Oklahoma, Allie Snelson of Seaton, Erin Redfern of Abingdon, Jolene Sage of Woodhull, Stefi Shah of St. Louis and Nick Barman of Woodhull; and her sisters, Peg Henderson of Galesburg and Janet Anderson of Rio. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
An entombment was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (2040 US-150, Galesburg, IL 61401).
