He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Charles "Skee" and Charlotte Virginia "Toot" Swanson Bell; his wife Julie Marie Anderson; his father-in-law Andy Anderson; and his sister-in-law Jacqy Williams.
He is survived by: his uncle George Bloomberg (Jackie) of Woodhull; his mother-in-law Janet Anderson of Rio; his close friend Casey DeSmet of Colona; and his niece Alisha Williams of Matherville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be left to Tri County Ambulance, Woodhull Cemetery Association or Guardian Angels.
