He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Kane and Zella Marie Kane (Woods); his stepdaughter Jama Mooney; and his brothers, Larry and Bill Kane.
He is survived by: his spouse Shireen O. Leddy; his sons, Jeffrey Kane (Jamie) of Bettendorf, IA and Danny Kane, Jr. (Sarah) of LeClaire, IA; his stepchildren, Justin Mooney of Galesburg and Peck of Galesburg; and his siblings, Marvin Kane, Sr. of Bettendorf, IA, Sue Swanson of Davenport, IA and Connie Fleetwood (Charlie) of Bettendorf, IA.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
