William Rulo Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Rulo of Wood River, Illinois, born in Richwoods, Missouri, who passed away on September 13, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Rulo and Josephine Rulo (Yarbrough); and his half-sister Frances Boyer. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Tucker; his children, Carol Foreman (Tom), Joseph Rulo (Michele), Stephen Rulo (Kathie), Anita Hoeffner and Timothy Rulo; and his siblings, George, Charles Rulo, Margaret Roderique, Rolla Rulo, Myrtle Tedrick, Louise Couroise, Ethel Spires and Theresa Urban. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
