He was predeceased by: his father William Henry Ash. He is survived by: his mother Frances Ash (Steele) of Wood River; his wife Crystal Sheppard; his children, Alayna Sheppard, Brianna Durham, Keeley Durham, Tayler Ash, Matthew Ash and Elijah Ramaker; his sister Kristina; his brother-in-law Jason Hampton of St. Ann; his nieces, Nicole Pickel and Alyssa Hampton; and also Eric. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
