He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Webb and Eva Webb; his sister Eleanor Alexander (Donald); his in-laws, Donald and Clara Mullady; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Kirk (Bruce) and Mary Mullady.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Webb (Mullady); his daughters, Cathy Stolte (Jim) of Alhambra, IL, Karen Neiworth (Don) of Wood River, IL, Cindy Webb (Tom Knight) of East Alton, IL and Kristy Watters (Jim) of Alton, IL; his grandchildren, Daniel Stolte (Sami), Luke Stolte (Rachel), Tyler Neiworth (Samantha), Zach Neiworth, Blake Neiworth (Holly), Drew Neiworth, Kylie Neiworth, Chris Liley (Aleashea), Kara Liley (Brandon), Carly Rodriguez, Jacob Rodriguez and Rachel Rodriguez; his great grandchildren, Jayda, Adilynn, Brayden, Clara, Henry, Waylon and Otto; his nephew Steve Alexander (Debbie); his sister-in-law Diana Neilson (Garry); and his pets, Molly, Max, Little Maggie and Missy.
