With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roberta Lea Garrett of Wood River, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on November 21, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Roy and Anna Mae "Betty" Hovey (Unthank); her daughter Michele "Micki" Watkins (Ritchie) of Granite City; her grandchildren, Chelsie Watkins, Bryce Watkins and Jenna Watkins; her great grandchildren, Phoenix Williams and Whitley Bowers; and her siblings, Scott Hovey of Godfrey and Sue Stutz of Godfrey.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bethalto Church of God (800 E Bethalto Blvd, Bethalto, IL 62010). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to Bethalto Church of God where she had been a lifetime member.
