He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Eugene and Katheryn Leona Wheeler (Lacy). He is survived by: his wife Mary Wheeler; his daughter Laura Wheeler (Justin Conley); his brother Dale; his sister-in-law Patty Wheeler; and his cousin Cheryl Selves.
