He was predeceased by: his parents, George I. Chappell and Lois A. Chappell (Graham); and his brother John. He is survived by: his brothers, Ivon (Valerie Chappell), Rick (Regina Chappell), Jerry (Sandra Chappell) and Donald (Alicia Chappell). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
