He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frederick and Lillie Caroline Westerhold (Krauskopf); his siblings, Frederick, Paul, Arthur Westerhold and Loretta Westerhold; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia, Polly Westerhold, Glenn Hachman and John "Mooch" Kladar.
He is survived by: his children, Dana Eyler (Chris) of O'Fallon, MO, Mark Westerhold (Tracy) of Bunker Hill and Barry Westerhold of Bethalto; his grandchildren, Zachary, Alexandra, Catherine Eyler, Blake, Dalton, Emily and Luke Westerhold; his sisters, Dorothy Hachman of Wood River and Marie Kladar of Wood River; and his sister-in-law Frances Westerhold of Staunton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
