She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Edward "Ed" and Margaret "Maggie" Hammond (Allen); her spouse Lee C. Mitchell; her granddaughter Lindsey Bricker; and her siblings, Gerald, James Hammond and Shirlee Hammond.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Mitchell of Wood River and Renee Jackstadt (Tom) of Collinsville; her grandchildren, Tyler Bricker, Kristen Mellenthin, Bailey Schwann (Drew), Sawyer Bricker, Nathaniel Jackstadt and Joseph Jackstadt; and her great grandchildren, Dade Mellenthin, T. J. and Jasper Bricker.
