He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern McCann and Margaret McCann (Beasaw); his former spouse Marieta (Haycraft); his wife Carol (Corrigan); his son Michael Corrigan (Michele) of Carlinville; and his siblings, Virgil (Bill), Ernest McCann and Betty Wallace.
He is survived by: his children, James McCann, Sr. (Robbie) of Holiday Shores, Steven McCann (Kathy) of Alton, David McCann (Colleen) of Vista, CA., Dennis Corrigan (Jourdan) of Davenport, FL, Kelly Brooke of Wood River and Kevin Corrigan (Lisa) of East Alton; and his siblings, Audrey Harris of Wood River, Becky Kinnard of Mooresville, NC and Ronnie McCann. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and Grandpa leaves behind 9 great-grandchildren.
