He is survived by: his girlfriend Brandi Swain of Wood River; his daughter Abigale Kaye Smith of Wood River; his siblings, Sarah Rose Smith of Wood River and Steven Smith of Florida; his nephew Rocky Bantz, Jr.; and his nieces, Nevaeh and Arianna Smith.
