He is survived by: his parents, Alan Cruthis and Marlene Cruthis (Slaten) of Alton; his daughter Mariah Cruthis of Alton; his grandmother Evelyn Cruthis of Bethalto; his half-brother Spencer Alan Cruthis of Forreston; and his uncle Stephen Robert Cruthis. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
