He was predeceased by: his parents, David Turner and Pearl Turner (Rutman); his grandmother Sarah Kelly; his son David Turner; and his siblings, Juanita Heck, Ruth Wilson, Thelma Bosoluke, David and Clarence Turner.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Bryant of East Alton; his daughter-in-law Jayme Turner of Alton; his son Gary Turner (Malinda) of Wood River; his great grandchildren, Aurora, Chloe, Hunter, Melody, Clark, Sophia, Porter, Hudson and Heather Groetecke; and his siblings, Patricia Carter of Pennsylvania and Gary Turner (Elaine) of Medora. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
