He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard P. Keenan and Jacqueline M. Keenan (Mentch). He is survived by: his wife Meryl Keenan (Snowdon); his sons, Nick (Stephanie Keenan), Brad (Bethanie Keenan) and Anthony; his granddaughters, Chloe and Adelyn; and his sisters, Patti Keenan and Shelly Keenan (Mike Nolte). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
