He is survived by: his parents, Richard Patton and Regina Patton (Horn) of Jerseyville; his brother Daniel; his sister-in-law Amber Horn of Brighton; his niece Anna Horn; his grandparents, Rose, Jerry Witt of Marion and Richard Patton Sr. of Missouri; his cousin Aubrey Horn of Godfrey; his aunts and uncles, Tom Horn (Brenda) of Greenfield, Bill Horn of Godfrey, Theresa Warner (Norm) of Granite City, Shirley O'Brien (Andy) of St. Louis, Christine Engler of Marion and Valerie Stephens of Marion; and his cousins, Kaitlyn, Samantha, James, Dylan, Shelby, Miranda and Billy.
