He is survived by: his wife Betty Herrin; and his children, Darren Carlisle (Diana) of Wood River, Mark Carlisle of Wood River, Michael Carlisle (Julia) of Wood River, Jason Carlisle (Lynde) of Granite City and Cyndi Brokaw (Eric) of Bethalto.
