With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Ann Harrington of Wood River, Illinois, born in Cave in Rock, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 6, 2024 at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kaegi and Phoebe Kaegi (Baldwin); her husband James "Jim" Allen Harrington; her stepfather Garcia Kaegi; and her children, Eric Harrington and Geneva Gail Harrington.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew Harrington of Wood River, Micki Goodell (Mark) and Laura Sykes of Alton; her grandchildren, Ashley, Amber, Alex, Kayleigh, Kent and Matt; and her sister Sherry Kaegi-Hill of Godfrey.
Memorials are suggested to her family in care of expenses.
