He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Evans and Mildred Evans (Hammers); his brother Robert Evans; and his grandson Kolten Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Darla Driver; his daughters, Keri L. Petras and Anna M. Stuller; and his brother Ray Evans.
His wish was to send memorial donations to the American Cancer Society.
