He was predeceased by: his parents, William Luther and Mary Ann Miller (Gary); his siblings, Donald, Eldon, Bill, Joe Miller and Melissa Miller; and his son-in-law Mark Little.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Rye; his children, Jay Miller (Cindy) of Wood River, Jeff Miller (Stacie) of Godfrey, Darla Abert (Paul) of Edwardsville and Denise Little of East Alton; his grandchildren, Lindsay Wessel (Brett), Lauren Lane (Cohl), Morgan Yates (Nick), Jason Miller, Katie Miller, Nathan Abert (Paige) and Mallory Abert; his great grandchildren, Jocelyn Tiller, Tinley Wessel, Liam Lane and Reagan Abert; and his brother Dale Miller (Jean).
