He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kelley and Agnes Kelley (Salin); and his brother Melvin Kelley. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Steele; his daughter April; his son-in-law Donnie House of Rosewood Heights; his grandsons, Connor House and Jacob House; his sister Jeani; and his brother-in-law Roger Hall of Terre Haute. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
