He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh C. Lewis and Juanita M. Lewis (Herrell); and his sisters, Wanda Yankovich of Fosterburg, IL and Myrna Lester of Sherman, IL. He is survived by: his wife Bettie Wiker; his daughters, Susan Rowe of Wood River and Sharon (Jeff Ambrose); his grandchildren, Kati Ambrose and Kristen Arbuthnot (Aaron); and his great grandchild Landen Michael Arbuthnot. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
In accordance with the current CDC guidelines, masks are suggested to be worn.
Memorials are suggested to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, 28 W 44th Street, Ste 609, New York, NY 10036 which will be accepted by the funeral home.
