He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Waters and Eileen Waters (Sullivan); his brother Warren Waters; his sister-in-law Sharon Waters; and his niece Amy Waters.
He is survived by: his brother Darrell Waters of Rosewood Heights; his sister-in-law Celia Waters; his nephew Evan Waters (Michelle); his niece Alma Boss (Cory); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brianna, Madelyn Waters, Nora Boss, Ethan Waters, Issac, Eli and Owen Boss.
