He is survived by: his children, Randy Rhyne (Becki) of Edwardsville, Aaron Rhyne of East Alton, Ashley Shelton (James) of Edwardsville and Brittany Lopez (Rafa) of Granite City; his siblings, Kevin Monroe, Judith Hatcher of Granite City and Flora Monroe; and his close friend Doris Dobbs.
