It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Effie Dugan of Wood River, Illinois, born in Golden Pond, Kentucky, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Crump and Naydean Crump (Fergerson); her husband Harold Dugan; and her children, Wayne Ray and Carolyn Stoeckel.
She is survived by: her son Glen; her daughter-in-law Martha Ray; and her daughter Janet Ray. She is also survived by 3 granddaughters and 3 grandsons; several great and great-great grandchildren; and one niece.
