She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Allen and Fleeta Adelaide Penn (Wilson); her husband Robert "Bob" Wegman; her stepson Dean Wegman; her nephew Larry Dean Cole; and her sister Fleeta Marie Cole.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Lora Solt (Patrick) of East Alton; her niece Brenda Birdsell of Bethalto; and her nephews, Gary Lee Cole of Wichita, KS and Alan Burl Cole of Cunningham, KS. She is also survived by six step-grandchildren; several step-great grandchildren; two great nieces; a great nephew; and seven great-great nieces and nephews.
