With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Peter Suess (Wood River, Illinois), born in Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on March 22, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Suess and Rosena Suess (Nevenhoven); his stepmother Hattie Nevenhoven-Suess; and his brothers, Eric and Jerry Nevenhoven.
He is survived by: his spouse Joeline Dailey; his children, Don Suess (Marilyn) of Fremont, CA, Ryan Suess (Melanie) of Collinsville and Emily Suess (Dan) of Urbana; his grandchildren, Tyler, Nathan, KeriLynn, Rosena, Christinana, Phina, Katie and JoyHannah; his siblings, Ron Nevenhoven (Flo) of St. Peters, MO, Larry Nevenhoven (Sharon) of Oregon, WI, Pat Kirkpatrick (Jon) of Ackworth, GA and Jan Greenfield (Mike) of Forreston; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Nevenhoven and Donna Nevenhoven.
Memorials may be made to Center Grove Presbyterian Church in Edwardsville.
