He is survived by: his parents, Terry Michael Gust of Edwardsville and Linda Jane Basset (Cotton) of South Roxana; his cousins, Brain and Jason; his daughter Ashley Brooke Cotton of Wood River; his half-siblings, Holly, Amy Jo, Michelle, Noah and Josh; his mother-in-law Mary Kiffmeyer of Wood River; his siblings-in-law, Irma, Sharon, Jim, Mike, Kim and Kenny; and his nephew Zack. He is also survived by several other nephews, nieces and cousins.
