She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Coonrod and Florence Louis Jones (Anthony); and her siblings, Howard Coonrod, Buddy Quigley, LeRoy Quigley, Connie Pearson and Louise Radford.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Blaine of Bunker Hill, Tami Atkinson (Bill) of Paducah, KY, Toni Weaver (Jason) of Cottage Hills and Karla Goss (Josh) of Manito, IL. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
