With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Ray Walker (Wood River, Illinois), born in Sturdivant, Missouri, who passed away on June 5, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Walker and Cecil Walker (Hindman); his spouse Shirley May Ramsey; his children, Timothy Walker and Melin Denise Walker; and his brother James Walker.
He is survived by: his daughter Connie Dodson (Jay Evans) of Godfrey; and his grandchildren, Bley and Lauren Wooff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
