Alexis Rae Suerig Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2024, at the age of 15, Alexis Rae Suerig of Wood River, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Alexis is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Alexis' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, William "Bill" Frizzell, James Suerig, Sr. and Dorothy Suerig (Boyts). She is survived by: her parents, James Suerig and Debbie Suerig (Frizzell); her grandmother Linda Frizzell of Wood River; and her sister April Suerig of Peru, IN. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
