He is survived by: his daughters, Roxann Melson (Don), Colleen Hoffman (Rick), Gina Polanek and Cathy Polanek (Lonie Bahr); his former wife Jean Draney; his close friend Gloria Sarmiento; and his brothers, Mike Polanek (Cindy) and Jim Polanek (late Kaye Bauer).
