He is survived by: his wife Constance L. Musiol Penland (Shaw); his children, C. Daniel Penland (Connie), Catherine L. Whitney (Cole) and Victoria M. Chiluk-Koeune (James); his stepsons, Martin J. Musiol and Michael J. Musiol (Lori); his grandchildren, Amber Penland, Sean Whitney, Lauren Whitney, Austin Chiluk, Aaron Chiluk, Nicholas Chiluk, Andrew Chiluk, Brandon Chiluk and Christian Chiluk; and his stepgrandchildren, Brandi Musiol, Amanda Musiol, Marty Musiol and Kristie Musiol.
