She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kampa and Clara Kampa; and her sister Darlene Schoenike (late Darrel). She is survived by: her husband Dennis Kouba; her children, Keith Kouba (Karen) and Lori Dostalek (Dick); her grandchildren, Deanna Moran (Cameron), Eric Dostalek, Jake Dostalek (Brianna), Allison Kouba, Shannon Lanphier (Blake), Melissa Kouba and Rebecca Kouba; her great grandchildren, Clara, Charlotte and Hazel Moran; and her niece Bonnie Schoenike.
