He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. and Blanche Howe, Sr. (Shales). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Winn; his children, Janene "Sis", Ellen Miraldi (Anthony) and Warren Howe (Gretchen); his stepsons, Scott McPherson (Diane) and John McPherson (Angel); and his brother Earl Howe (Judy). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
