He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Collins and Katherine Collins (Madsen); and his uncle Donald Madsen. He is survived by: his daughter Alexandra Collins; his grandchildren, Marley Collins, Johnny Bauldwin, Kristina Cruz, Ashlyn Cruz and Randy Michael Collins-Connor; and his sister Susan Symmonds (Steve). He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
