He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Fornwall and Marguerite Fornwall (Walker). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fornwall (Fasse); his daughters, Kelly Louise Fornwall, Jamie Ray Fornwall and Emily Sue Fornwall (Brad Stewart); his grandchildren, Grace and Harrison; and his sister Karen Richter (James).
In accordance with public gathering restrictions, attendees are expected to wear a mask and observe social distancing.
