He is survived by: his child Jessica (Scott); his mother Ann; his wife Cyndi; his children, Jessi, Jason and Stacy; his grandchildren, Ayden, Ava, Evan, Alyssa and Ryan; his siblings, Debbie, Bev, Donald, Dawn and Scott; and also Cyndi.
