She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Moore and Alvin Dillman; and her husband Andrew "Andy" Paul Sarsany. She is survived by: her children, Helen McConaghy (John), Peter Sarsany (Jennifer), NJ, Martin Sarsany (Cathy), Mary Parker, Barbara Welge (Michael) and Michael Sarsany (Jami); her grandchildren, Joseph McConaghy, Caitlin McConaghy, Ryan Sarsany, Laura Tinsley, Rhett Sarsany, Nicholas Sarsany, Alexander Sarsany, Anna Sarsany, Evan Parker, Madison Parker, Michael Welge, Jordan Sarsany, London Sarsany and Peyton Sarsany; and her great grandchildren, Sebastian Sarsany, Phoebe Sarsany, Quinn Tinsley, Willow Tinsley, Evee Sarsany, Corbin Sarsany, Michael Welge Jr. and Paxton Sarsany.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Barbara's Cemetery in Witt, IL.
