He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Sanders (Hill) and Oral Sanders; his daughter Beth Pearson-Holthaus; and his sister Karen Buechsenschuetz. He is survived by: his former wives, Barbara Shoemaker and Judy Engelhart; his children, Dara Berner (David) of Oconee, Debra Sanders of Pana, Michelle Koontz (Larry) of Pana and Kevin Sanders (Carmen) of Nokomis; and his friend Judy Spindel. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
