It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmie Hayes of Witt, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on July 24, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Dewey C. Hayes. He is survived by: his mother Florence B. Stevenson (Altevogt) of Nokomis, IL; his wife Robin L. Hayes of Witt, IL; his children, Brandon Todd of Hillsboro, IL and Ryan Sneddon of Gibson City, IL; his siblings, Barb Clayton (Olin), Vera Durston (Tim), Carol Brown (Tom), Sandra Emerson, Jr. (Drury), David Hayes and Brenda Mehlberg (Bob); and his brothers-in-law, Daniel Oakley, Sr. (Tammy Martin), William Oakley (Patricia) and Mark Todd (Audrey). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
