He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren and Elizabeth; his brother Michael E. Perz; his mother-in-law Joyce A. Thyne; and his sister-in-law Romona Perz.
He is survived by: his wife Laurie A. Thyne; his pet Violet; his brothers, Timothy Perz and Brian "Scott" Perz; his sister-in-law Kathy Perz; his father-in-law John C. Thyne; and his siblings-in-law, John D. Thyne (Mary) and Cathy Stilling. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Strang Funeral Home (1055 Main St, Antioch, IL 60002). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
